Today we're catering lunch buffet trays for Broad Institute in Cambridge!
A sneak peak into our cooking in progress. Kimbap, Korean fried chicken, fried tofu nuggets are being packaged, and bulgogi (literally "fire meat" in Korean) subs are getting buttered up. Glass noodles are up next (we'd better hurry)!
It hits us differently the 2nd time we serve the same customer. It indicates that our service satisfied our customer, and has reminded them of us again. It almost feels like we now know them personally, and suddenly we find ourselves taking greater care of the foods we cook.
