Our 9th place plaque in yesterday's Jesse Dylan James Foundation Steak Competion. We donated prize money back to the foundation to help with their raising money for scholarships. A great cause we had the honor of cooking for. Shout out to White Hall Fresh Market and Joey Coleman for supplying us with all those good practice steaks!

Yesterday's cook was a little challenging, temp gage quit working, stick pens would not work right, generator quit in the middle of our night cook, it was cold and still we managed to come out ok, not the top ten but 31 out of 80 was not horrible, scores were good just lot of good cooks

Had a good weekend, bombed at the Sat cook in Melbourne @ Townsend Spice and Supply Steak Cook got 66 out of 76 but redemption was made during our Sunday cook in Mt View @ Ozark Mt High Steaks Championship placing 8th out of 60. Had a good time and enjoyed spending time w uncles Eddie and Michael and Debra.
