We are heartbroken to announce our sweet baby Titan passed away.

His momma was a first time momma who did not have very good instincts and didn't feed him appropriately. We could not get him to take a bottle. We called every vet in the area, but nobody was able to see him, even if we brought him to them.

We were able to get a Vet on the phone who gave us instruction on what we needed to do and with his guidance we were able to force feed electrolytes. It was dark out when we did that and we were hoping that would give him a bit of strength to get him to a vet this morning. When we checked on him at day break yesterday, he was completely buried in hay.

We aren't sure if momma buried him because he passed, or if she buried him and that's why he passed. We are just heartbroken to have lost him and so is she.

She spent the majority of the day yesterday wailing. We don't know if she was calling to find him or mourning for him.

It's been a difficult weekend.

Our Story

Bethel Ranch is a beautiful event/wedding venue available for all kinds of events. We can accommodate a large number of guests as well as small groups. We host events such as corporate retreats, family gatherings, reunions, vacation getaways, parties and weddings. As of September 2017, we have added a 4,000 square foot wedding chapel to the property. In addition to the events mentioned above, we work with LearnLiveLaunch to teach marketable skills to people needing a second chance in life. Bethel Ranch is conveniently located on the northeast edge of the Dallas metro area. The property is one hour from Love and DFW airports. Just off the Highway 75 corridor, 25 minutes northeast of the Frisco/McKinney area. The lodge sits on a ridge in the middle of 82 acres overlooking the pond on the south edge of the property surrounded by open fields and timber. It is a quiet, secluded yet convenient location perfect for private gatherings or large events. The main lodge sleeps a maximum of 16. In addition, there is a large bunkhouse that sleeps 21 comfortably. The lodge contains five bedrooms, 3 living areas, 2 dining areas, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, covered patio and a swimming pool. The bunkhouse has it's own bathroom facilities, showers and kitchen. The property also includes: a game room (located in the bunkhouse with a pool table, ping pong table and foosball table), conference room, work out facilities, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, gas grill and wood fire/grill smoker, clay shooting area, camp fire rings, a pond, poker tables, and set ups for outside activities like volleyball, horse shoes, washers, corn hole and other outdoor activities.
