Good morning party people. It has come to our attention that there is an individual shaming our name out there after they had an unsatisfactory experience. Unfortunately, this was unavoidable as we operate our business by the book. We make sure that our crew is safe for the installation and the client will have a safe and proper installation for their event. When the terms of our contract are not upheld, you very well could have an unsatisfactory experience. Please make sure to listen clearly when instructions are given for site preparation, make sure you are reading your contract and please make sure you are looking out for our emails, as we strive to do our best to make sure that we are communicating every step of the way.
