With the heaviest heart, we share the very unexpected passing of our co-founder Brock Parker, who poured everything he had into restoring our old mill to create what it is today. A one-of-a-kind soul—lovable, hardworking, and full of quiet strength—Brock leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and dedication. He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always cherished.

Please pray for his daughter, wife, parents, and all of his family & close friends as they grieve and continue to process this unimaginable loss.

hello all! we are in good shape, especially considering those around us who unfortunately cannot say the same.

damage was minimal with just a few trees down in our lot - no involvement with the venue itself. we have power, internet, road access from ALL directions (despite what gps says), & even a few peeps of sunshine at yesterday’s wedding (see pic). out of the 3 scheduled weddings this weekend, we are gratefully hosting all of them with many thanks to the vendors who stepped up when others couldn’t make it.

we are responding to calls, texts, emails, messages, etc. as best we can while being pulled in a million directions and having no cell phone service. thanks so much for your patience & for checking in on us!
