we’re back!

april has been our busiest month-to-date. after eloping last summer, we wanted to celebrate with our family & friends at the place we call our own. due to an opening in our calendar, this ended up falling on the week Brock had a milestone birthday. it was nothing short of amazing! time-consuming & stressful, yes… but absolutely perfect in its own special way.
not only can we now 1000% empathize with our couples for a l l the joys [& stresses] of planning your own event, but we can provide a new perspective from this side of it! even as a “pro”, this experience was completely eye-opening.

as timing usually works out for us, we also decided to help our couples & launch [not 1 or 2, but] THREE new services: a rehearsal dinner sister-venue, an on-site honeymoon suite, AND shuttling services to nearby hotels. we saw a frequent need/request for these specific items & wanted to offer a convenient solution.

we are so blessed & grateful to be able to do what we do. some months it absolutely kicks our butts, but it’s always so worth it!

Sorry we’ve been a bit quiet with SM & emails lately… our time has been dedicated to finding our two fur babies who snuck off over the weekend. After 5 unnerving nights, they are both home safe and essentially unscathed! Our hearts are full & our minds are freed to focus again! 🙌

looking out our living room window to the shop this evening, i spotted my all-time favorite vendor putting in some hours on our next project. just when “wedding season” comes to a short lull, he’s winding up on all the big plans that keep everyone [including me] on their toes.

this off-road/4WD bus will open the unique “doors” for family members & wedding parties to participate in our mountaintop experience, plus so much more!

is certainly one-of-a-kind, with constant updates & fun yet relevant new additions [thanks to ] & we cannot wait to share more of what’s up our sleeve in the next coming months!

starting to feel [a tad bit] caught up & can finally take a moment to reflect on the whirlwind of a crazy busy, unbelievably fun & beautiful wedding season!

after a lot of typing and erasing, followed by more typing and erasing.. i realize that no amount of words will ever fully express the depths of our gratitude for our staff, our vendors, our couples & their families - who all came together in such amazing ways to make dreams come true ♥️♥️
