Who knew today after 25 years you and I would still be together, I still remember it like yesterday, thinking to myself today would be the day you'd say yes! I remember the anxiety I had walking you to your 1st period class thinking what would you say!!! S**t I'd be lying if it didn't cross my mind for a second you wouldn't want to. But the persistent person in me didn't hesitate. I remember the feeling after I had asked you, I remember you telling you let me know after class & then as I walked away you stopped me!! Nodded your head and said yes!!!!!! A moment in my life I forever hope to always engrave & keep in mind forever. I've lived a 1/4 of my life by your side. I've learned to grow as a partner, a man & as a father by your side. I've had the honor of loving you as my woman, I hope to love you forever, live by your side till my last days for that I feel is my true destiny!!!!! Thank you for loving me, guiding me & honoring me with your love all these years. I'm truly a blessed man for this......I love you unconditionally!! For those unaware, my good friend Yolanda lost her battle to cancer on 6/20/22. I had the grace to say goodbye a few days before and today I saw my friend for one last time. For those who knew Yolanda, she was a kind hearted loving soul who’s outlook at life was profound. Never seeing the bad, but passionate. Above all a lioness, never less. Her kids were her biggest drive. She asked for nothing and gave you her all. A true fighter nonetheless, never giving up! Her biggest flaw was her devotion to her family. To her nothing else mattered. She was my biggest fan & to me she was my biggest hero. I praised her through every moment and even when she was at her weakest, confined to that damn wheel chair, she like the Yolanda we loved & knew would make a joke of it with grace. To my friend I’ll miss you more then you know. Thank you for the love & admiration you always showed. You’ll be missed, but I’ll never forget you Yoli. One day I’ll see you again. RIP YOLANDA GARCIA ZOZAYA

Unfortunately news is not always good news. We got word this past week my employee Mike’s dad passed away. I had the honor of knowing Gilbert, a great man, loving, hardworking family man, always willing to help out in any way possible. You will be deeply missed Gil. To the Ruiz family, our sincere and deepest condolences. They are currently raising funds to give Gil a proper burial. Please, if anyone would love to help his family out I’m posting their go fund me link in my bio. I know his family would appreciate the support. Thank you to all & God Bless!!!!

The past couple of weeks I had the pleasure of working as a personal Chef for Miss and her team during her stay in Los Angeles. The experience was like no other. I had the honor of hanging out with these wonderful individuals. I am by far grateful & blessed. A special thank you for pimping me out!! To my love with you nothing is impossible. To her team . These beautiful souls of individuals indulged in my gastronomic technique without questioning, they tasted and Lived through me with my dishes. Thank you to all of you!! Our TBT honoring my good friend , we had the honor of being part of this special day for her, killing it with her Grammy for Best Banda Album of the year. What an exciting moment this was for her. A huge accomplishment that’s for sure!!! Thank you for always trusting my craft. I’ve been blessed in being part of so many special moments!! & for that thank you!!! We rocked out some of delish tacos, we busted out the hand cranked tortillas, oak grilled meats, our fiery al pastor & our lime grilled chicken. The best for the best!!! @losnietossd end of the year luncheon. This is our 3rd year catering for my childhood district I’ve had the pleasure of leaving my mark in my community. It’s been a great and humbling experience. This year our client requested a Hawaiian themed option to accompany there theme Let’s just say we out did ourselves. Our Menu, Jasmine steamed rice, Mac salad, Kalua Pork, Huli Huli chicken, Kalbi grilled short ribs & sweet hawaiian bread rolls.
