Throughout the evening, enjoy a live painting demo by OKC artist Taylor Clark, a wine pull, raffle, and mystery boxes. Cash bar will also be available. Lively tunes provided by pianist, Sean Street.

All proceeds from this event will benefit our FREE arts education programs, such as Distance Learning, Studio Saturday, Mini Makers, Art On The Go, and Art In Transition in Wichita Falls and 12 surrounding counties. These programs provide accessible arts education opportunities to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, especially those who may not otherwise have access to them.

Happy little masterpieces everywhere! 🎨
We had an absolutely joyful time at our Bob Ross Paint Party last night. Smiles, laughter, and plenty of happy little trees filled the classroom as students channeled their inner Bob Ross.

STARRY NIGHT JEWELRY CLASSES 🌌 Inspired by Vincent Van Gogh’s painting of the same name, you will learn about the artist, his impressionist style and some of his most famous works!

Join teaching artist, Sherri Lane Designs, as she talks about Van Gogh’s use of brushstrokes to convey images and show movement. Students will learn how to identify sterling silver, and how to care for it and choose your accents: lapis or pearls. Choose from the necklace or earrings class... or do both!

Mixed Media Camp with Mr. Ramos wrapped up today with these awesome students! They got to explore various mediums like watercolor, charcoal, printing ink, and spray paint, which sparked creativity and nurtured new technical skills.

Join us as we paint some happy trees and clouds. Certified Bob Ross instructor, Justin, will lead you through a traditional Bob Ross painting from start to finish, just like TV. You'll go home with a completed piece of art ready to frame and show off.

This class is BYOB (wine and beer only). Bring your favorite wine or light snack and enjoy a relaxed and fun creative evening!

Last Saturday afternoon, Kristine (ACWF Programming Director) taught a class at the City of Wichita Falls Public Library that was all about making zines and learning about book design. We'll be collaborating again on July 12th from 2-4pm, if you're interested in learning too!

Our first Wichita Falls ISD Summer Mixed Media Camp is in the books! These campers had fun creating new artwork each day last week, and getting to explore clay, paper mache, drawing, painting, and so much more. Their teacher, Koi, always does a fabulous job inspiring their creativity!

The Wichita Falls ISD Elementary Art Show is back at the Forum this week! We can’t wait to see all of the talented young artists and teachers showcasing their artwork created during the school year.

If you haven’t been by The Forum in while, we invite you to stop in and take a look! Over the last several years, we have been committed to improving the space by enhancing accessibility and functionality, while preserving its historical integrity. This year, through gracious community support, we were able to put in additional lighting around the perimeter of the building and entrance, and also increased lighting options in the Auditorium. Last year, we cleaned up the flower beds and made improvements to the landscaping. Next up, a new bridal suite and meeting space that will be available very soon!

We are so thankful for those who choose to support us and host their events here, and we look forward to many more events in the future. 🤍

2027 will mark 100 years of this incredible building and we can’t wait to celebrate it!
