Funny story about this incredible mountain top wedding:

The bride and groom loved this location and did a ton of work tracking down the property owners, getting a legal agreement with them to have the service here, and worked to navigate a conservation easement. The ceremony was pretty remote and we had to bring all the guests up in charter busses and then we had an atv to help support guests to get to the ceremony location.

….. so you can imagine my surprise when during the cocktail hour one of my planners walked to tell me there is a whole other wedding attempting to walk up to the location! This was a first!

In the end, everything was fine and once we left the other wedding proceeded with their unplanning, uncontracted event on private property.

What a memorable day as the planner!
