This is my friend Cali. When I moved to Hawley in 7th grade, she quickly became one of my first friends. I was immediately drawn to her confidence—I’ll never forget when she told me, “If you want to be cool, you should be my friend.” We only had a couple of years together, but in that short time, we pushed each other in every sport. Then she moved just 20 minutes away, and our friendly competition turned into real rivalry—she beat me at everything! Now, she’s only an hour away with her sweet family, and I have the privilege of capturing their moments through my photography. I love how this job of mine connects past and present, bringing people and memories full circle ✨🫶
