Meet Melody — one of our lead planners and the queen of calm, organized wedding days. She’s a full-time stay-at-home mom to three little ones, which means juggling chaos, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly is basically her second nature.

Melody has always loved planning, organizing, and a good craft project, but what she loves most about wedding coordination is building real connections with her couples and their families. Getting to know them and being part of such a meaningful season is something she never takes for granted.

💡 Melody’s Hot Tip:
It’s your day, not a group project. Don’t build your timeline—or your vision—around keeping everyone else happy. Make decisions that feel good for you and your partner. Katlyn is one of our lead planners, and she brings small-town charm, big energy, and even bigger heart to every wedding day! Originally from Andale, Kansas, she’s been married to her husband Greg for four years. They live in Wichita with their two pups, their sweet toddler Noah, and a baby girl on the way this September! 💕👶

A few fun facts about Katlyn:
• She and Greg met at K-State and are ride-or-die Wildcat fans! 🐾💜
• She’s a full-on coffee girlie - give her a latte and she’s unstoppable.
• Also a part-time counselor… which lowkey comes in handy on wedding days (kidding, but not really).
• Loves long walks outside and soaking up the sunshine any chance she gets! ☀️
