Tickets are $45/person and include both a Barre and Nutrition Class from Barre Forte & Dandurand Drugs in addition to a Swag Bag worth over $200!

Barre Class: this workout class is low-impact and great for all fitness levels! This workout style engages muscles with high-reps and low-impact movements! Barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet or prior experience required.

Nutrition Class: this portion of the class focuses on why blood sugar balance applies to EVERYBODY! Upon leaving, you will be equipped with easy tips and tricks to master your blood sugar and awareness of the importance of how your blood sugar can impact your life!
