Why Sazón? They may think it has to do with the flavor, taste or the palate; but in reality the name has no relation to the food. Many of you know a little about my beginning, my dreams, victories and failures included. Some know of my experience working independently as part of the commercial culinary industry since 2009, in the private sector. These 13 years have provided me with the opportunity to mature, learn and develop not only as a professional but as a person, which is what inspires the name Sazón.
The real meaning of the word Sazón is the following; "Point of maturity or perfection to which something reaches in its development or evolution". I would not dare to say that I have reached perfection, but these 13 years have brought out the best in me and culinary skills have been perfected over the years. That is why today we are one of the most prominent emerging companies in the field of gastronomy and customer service. I want to thank you for your customary support and trust in our services. ¿Por qué Sazón? Pueden pensar que tiene que ver con el sabor, el gusto o el paladar; pero en realidad el nombre no tiene relación con la comida. Muchos de ustedes saben un poco de mis inicios, mis sueños, victorias y fracasos incluidos. Algunos conocen mi experiencia trabajando de forma independiente como parte de la industria culinaria comercial desde 2009, en el sector privado. Estos 13 años me han brindado la oportunidad de madurar, aprender y desarrollarme no solo como profesional sino como persona, que es lo que inspira el nombre Sazón.
El significado real de la palabra Sazón es el siguiente; "Punto de madurez o perfección al que llega algo en su desarrollo o evolución". No me atrevería a decir que he alcanzado la perfección, pero estos 13 años han sacado lo mejor de mí y las habilidades culinarias se han perfeccionado a lo largo de los años. Por eso hoy somos una de las empresas emergentes más destacadas en el ámbito de la gastronomía y la atención al cliente. Quiero agradecerles su apoyo habitual y la confianza en nuestros servicios.
