I loved this extended family session! There's something so heartwarming about capturing families in spaces that hold meaning. This session took place in Grandma and Grandpa's backyard, where the kids have spent countless hours making memories. It's always special when the location tells part of the story and this backyard was the perfect backdrop for such a meaningful family experience!

Ever heard of mouth taping at night?

I started doing it last week, and wow, the difference is incredible. One of the benefits I heard about was deeper sleep, and as someone who’s been waking up 3-5 times a night, I was intrigued. I've been such a light sleeper, waking up constantly.

But after night one with the mouth tape? I only woke up once. 🤯

I've been using it for a week now (missed one night and will never miss again! Slept like crap that night). I’m not only sleeping through the night, but sleeping deeper. And for the first time in a while, I’m waking up perky and energized. (I was getting 9 hours of sleep before but still felt drained because the sleep just wasn’t solid). I got mine on an insane sale for $5 per bag on TikTok Shop, but you can get different brands on Amazon.

Just wanted to share this “wakadoo” thing that’s making a drastic positive difference in my life. ✨
