A big thank you to CE Machine Co, Inc, they allowed us to cater their employee lunch and dinner yesterday. Super nice people, enjoyed working with them. We did Smoked Brisket, Portobello mushroom chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon, and our jalapeno cream cheese corn.

Big thanks to the Kansas Nazarene District for allowing us to prepare the meal for their pastoral Christmas lunch.
It was and early morning but we had a good time. We made pork tenderloin with a mushroom sauce, bacon wrapped chicken, green beans and our creamy mashed potatoes.

Didn’t catch too many photos tonight as we were having too much fun! Thank you to the Lette family for letting us host Mr. Lette 60th birthday party’s catering! We loved working with you and your guests.
Their menu tonight consisted of a gourmet fruit and cheese tray to start the party off right. Their main course included smoked and shredded Turkey, smoked and sliced brisket, in-house made hot links, Baked Beans of the Republic which included chunks of pulled pork and bacon in it (😋), potato salad, cole slaw, and to finish it off — in-house made jalapeño cheddar cornbread muffins! In-house made original BBQ sauce was used for meat condiments tonight.
