This week, we explored Harvesting Growth. The girls created Growth Trees, adding leaves to celebrate their achievements, big and small. We played a reflective Jenga game with questions like, “What challenge did you turn into an opportunity?” It was inspiring to see them recognize the small moments that add up to big growth. We learned that just like a garden, our personal growth needs time, patience, and care—and every step forward is worth celebrating! 🌱 #harvestinggrowth #celebrategrowth

One mother had shared with us how difficult it was to watch her daughter struggle socially. She felt heartbroken for her child, but after joining our group she began to see a shift in her daughter. To her surprise, after reaching out to her daughter’s teacher, her daughter was changing, growing, and finding her confidence again.
This is the heart of our group-helping girls not only build self-esteem and make friendships, but empowering them to become the better versions of themselves.

Our November Saturday outing was full of cozy fun! 🍁 We kicked things off with a relaxing soak in the hot tub, enjoying the cool fall air. Then we dove into the Fall Challenge, where we fell into the leaves 🍂. After that, we indulged in s’mores and hot cocoa by the fire, the perfect treat for the season. We wrapped up with some friendly game time 🎉—a day full of laughter, warmth, and great company!
Tonight in class, we explored the powerful concept of letting go—whether it’s emotions, anger, or anything else weighing us down. We discussed the importance of releasing these burdens to create space for healing and growth. To put this into practice, we each wrote down what we wanted to let go of on paper ✍️, attached it to balloons 🎈, and symbolically released them into the air. This simple but meaningful ritual reminded us that sometimes, letting go requires both intention and action, helping us move forward with a lighter heart. 💖
