With Quail Drive Sports Park's ever-growing offerings, it is the perfect venue for a variety of events providing memories to last a lifetime.

Stay up to date on events and join us as we build for the future. Quail Drive Sports Park is the largest park in Willcox with 187 acres. This park includes two baseball fields, rodeo and livestock holding facilities, restrooms, a concession stand and playground equipment. It serves as home to Rex Allen Days, Willcox West Fest Ranch Rodeo & Chuck Wagon Cook-Off, Willcox Junior Rodeo Association, So

utheastern Arizona Livestock Expo, youth baseball and softball games, Arizona Truck & Tractor Pulling, and numerous other events throughout the year.

The City has been awarded a generous grant from Arizona Complete Health . This funding will enable the installation of a shade structure at the pool and seating at the Quail Park Event Center. Recreational parks are essential in promoting community well-being and economic growth. We are grateful for Arizona Complete Health's ongoing commitment to enhancing the health of our local community. A special thanks to Susan Pater who applied for the grant on the City's behalf.

From significant price increases associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, shade structures were postponed with the new pool and spray park until additional grant funds were identified. Arizona Complete Health's generous contribution will assist in the building of one of these shade structures. The city is continuing to seek grant funds to build the remaining shade structures, install landscaping, and artificial turf.

We are excited to announce that the steel structure portion of the Event Center at Quail Park was completed on August 23rd. The Willcox Rock and Sand and the Mascot Homes & Construction team did an exceptional job building the 56,250 sq. ft. facility. A huge shoutout to all the volunteers who contributed their time and equipment.
