So many dried flowers added today! I am still in a fall theme kick give me a few more weeks before I transition into winter/christmas!

Leaf compost is started for next spring! Did you know you can stuff bags full of leaves, pioke lots of holes in them and let them set out all winter to compost and in the spring you have wonderful leaf compost to feed all your beds with!

I added some fresh flower bunches to the shop for the weekend, these are a mix of local grown and shipped in flowers! I am also adding some prop items for sale at the shop, I am redoing some set up things for 2025 so stay tuned as I add items that no longer will need!

My first order for 2025 growing season was placed. I have two more carts waiting for me to finalize my growing plans! There will be some changes coming for 2025, I plan on having a lot more at my house and the field with have a focus of drieds and fillers!

As the season ended and I start prepping for 2025 I am taking some time to reevaluate what’s worked and didn’t work. So far my biggest focus for the next growing season will be a better dried flower selection and more blooms on focal flowers I love to grow, and less of the fillers!

And with that my 2024 growing season has come to an end. I had enough frost at my patch to ruin any flowers that are left, but not enough to officially kill the plants yet so now we clean up and prep for 2025 during season season.! Altoona Farmers Market I hope to see you next season!

Today was spent working on a wedding and prepping for the last weekend at Bedford Fall Foliage… I will have fresh arrangements at Biddle's Brewing tomorrow afternoon when I get back from wedding deliveries. 😊

Look what’s growing! I thought I messed up because I didn’t read the timeframe part for our zone in the e-guide done by @flowerhatfarm but they are looking ok. Since I wanted to baby these I planted them in my garden bed at the house instead of the field.
