I think the design came to life pretty accurately! 😍 The renderings were crucial for my bridal tours...it really helped couples envision the space as I saw it...so well that we now only have two more weekends available for 2025! Almost fully booked!! We are now working on filling our weekdays with more corporate meetings, workshops and seminars.

We’ve been so busy the past six weeks, trying to get finishing touches done in each room. We’re pretty happy with how it’s all turning out! Still more to do! Here’s a glimpse of the Black Walnut. I decided the room needed more design impact and adding the coffered ceiling and wallpaper did just the trick! 👌🏻 And really love this photo moment just outside entering the reception space (and if you look up, you can catch a glimpse of the bridal space.) Will try to share more soon!

This snowfall is giving us mountain chalet vibes at Hidden Grove! Speaking of -- winter here in Michigan can be difficult to find things to do, so we thought we'd share some of our plans for the property in what will be considered our "off season." We are not just a wedding venue, but plan to really bring creative spaces and energy to the area. Four of our Bed + Breakfast rooms have decks with firepits and string lights; there will be an outdoor sauna, hot tub and cold plunge just off the main patio that will feature two larger firepits with seating that are available to our guests, or rented separately by others. Inside, the Hollows Lounge will feature a golf simulator and pool table for a different kind of recreational fun. We will host social weekends that will feature yoga, wellness, cooking classes, girls weekends, book club parties, line dancing instruction, karaoke, and workshops of all kinds. In the spirit of embracing winter, fingers crossed that by next year we'll be able to build an ice rink with warming igloos for parties and we'd love to have cross-country ski trails through the woods...we're not sure the timeline for some of these things, but that just means you'll have to check in with us often to see how we're doing. ;) Remember, we're not just a wedding venue!

We still need to add our logo, but this cart we had made turned out so cute! It was a coffee bar today, but it could be used for flowers, desserts or a gift table at any type of Hidden Grove party we host. Thanks to those who came out today!

We have been signing so many couples (we’re just really behind in announcing some!😬) and we are thrilled that this future Mr and Mrs chose us to host their wedding this July! Sy and Joelly’s excitement for their wedding weekend is palpable and we’re looking forward to alllll the fun and seeing them say “I do!”

We said “I Do” to Hidden Grove Estate and couldn’t be more excited! After reading previous reviews I almost didn’t inquire, but something told me to reach out and I am so glad that I did! HGE is under new ownership and Andrea has been nothing short of amazing to work with! She has been super helpful, kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process thus far. I can’t express how happy we are with our decision to choose HGE as our wedding venue and we look forward to continuing to work with Andrea!

converted my mood board so accurately once again, giving couples a glimpse into the White Pine Hall reception space, adjoined by the Legends bar + dance floor and the Hollows Lounge door to the right where guests can retreat for a game of pool or practice their golf game on our indoor simulator. The lounge will be the chef’s kiss of your party!

The Black Walnut at HGE is a welcoming, versatile space for our B+B and bridal guests. This is where we'll serve breakfast each morning and we love that there are seating options to choose from. Maybe you're an early bird and feel social in the mornings and want to join the community table and talk to fellow travelers, or just have a breakfast for two at the banquette because it's a special weekend with your SO, or maybe you need that cup of coffee (or three) at the window bar to even think about starting to talk to people...the choice is yours. And, by the way, what a cool rehearsal dinner space for those spending that evening before the big day with us.

We're also working on our signature menu items that include a sunrise quiche and a traditional family favorite, sticky buns -- they are mouth watering!

This will be (and is underway) the new front view of Hidden Grove Estate. We are so excited to be able to start to give you glimpses into our full remodel that starts in just two weeks!

Please keep in mind (and share with anyone you know) that we are booking for all next year. If you know anyone needing a venue to be married, own a business and looking for a place to hold a work seminar or retreat or meeting, have a significant event coming up (ie: birthday, shower, etc.) PLEASE keep us in mind! We are looking to hit the ground running when we reopen in January(ish).
