Good morning;
Ms. Shocka was ready to roll out yesterday, now we are here in Lawnside, 143 Warwick Rd, Hiram Lodge smoking ribs and soon around 7 AM will start the chicken on the chicken flipper.
So if you’re looking for good bbq, before we run out, this is the place to be.

Hello all;
Don’t know how to put this, but I was outside, minding my own business, then Shocka and her attitude, kept nagging me about when we are going to Lawnside again to bbq, I said “ calm down, Jimmy Crickets , we are going on September 15th from 12-4 pm , and your going to smoke ribs and chicken, so relax “ , reply was “ it’s about time, folks keep asking me”, my response was “ just be ready”, smh.

Well I have no idea what to say, other than here we go again, Shocka minding her own business, and then Jr, talking trash about what she did to his cousin Fred last weekend, I tried to warn him, I said “ Jr I would stop if I were you “, reply was I’m not scared of her, what she going to do ?. Well I then said “ y’all whole family is just hard headed !!, now look what happened to Jr.

Going through some photos, my First BBQ Competition was over At Veteran Stadium before being knocked down, at the Gary Maddox/ Neil Stein bbq challenge, where I placed 3rd in Ribs, Runner-Up Brisket, few years later, a Program sponsored by Mr. Maddox called the Youth Golf and Academics Program had another BBQ Cook Off at Citizen Bank Ball Park, I competed in the Restaurant Division/PitMasters, where I placed 2nd in Chicken, 1st in Ribs.

Today was a good day for Shocka 2, my bbq partner and I, the Graduate, family and friends were all satisfied with the prepared bbq for them. But hold on 😡, Shocka is on temporary lock down for a few weeks, for burning my arm, I said “ what the hell, you going to do this and we only have an 1/2 hour left before the rest of the hamburgers are done, when we get home, think about what you did”. All have a good weekend.

Well me and my partner here in Lumberton, NJ at Bryn Freeman Park bbqing for a Graduation Party, Shocka ll doing what she does, we are sitting back listening to Blues, Blues and BBQ you can’t go wrong😎, everyone enjoy your day and all the Dads have a Happy Fathers Day.

Well just recuperating from my Daughters wedding on Sunday, yes when I was told, not asked to bbq for the wedding, I had no choice but to say , SURE what your heart desires. I lost track of time, one of the Brothers from the Lodge said “ it’s 1:45 “, I said a few choice words, so I instructed my Godson on the Operation on Shocka ll, then rushed to do the Superman Change before she arrived, when I seen her then the emotions took over, seeing your baby girl getting married. Hiram Lodge, I thank you and both families thank you. I have been bringing shorty to the lodge since she was a year old, and now had the hall and back property decorated for this special day. H5 All in the Family, Meadow Creek awesome, made my job a little easier.

Well Shocka ll, is ready for another outing on Sunday, my youngest daughter is getting married, what I don’t understand and I guess it’s this generation of young folks, what happened to traditional weddings. All I was told is “ Dad I want you to bbq “, ( smh ), then do the Superman change into a suit smelling like bbq, again smh. But I say whatever you want !!, lol for me 1 step closer to retirement 😎
