Our first mobile food truck started doing business in June 2022 in Willoughby, Ohio. We provide services in the surrounding cities and counties as well. Food fusion is cooking that combines contrasting culinary traditions or techniques. We’ve taken our cultural backgrounds and brought them together to create Blasian Fusion.
