6 years ago today, I bought the purple Cadillac from True Romance. After filming wrapped, Tony Scott gave Patricia Arquette the car. Her dad then instructed a family friend to fix it up. He re-upholstered the interior in complete leopard, replaced the leaking white top with a black one, and gave it a new purple paint job. This is Alexis Arquette driving it, and this is the way it looked, though faded, when I bought it. I put it back to the way it was in the movie 💜
