Hello everyone!

We had an absolutely monster day yesterday. It was non stop from the moment we opened to the moment we closed. It was awesome to see all the familiar faces as well as new customers.

Unfortunately we ran out of absolutely every side and could not replenish them.

Today we will be closed unfortunately. We need to restock the kitchen and get supplies.

Thank you all who came out yesterday. We appreciate you all so much!!!

P.S
We won’t have this issue in the new space with a huge amount of storage space, more prep room and a full staff! We are totally looking forward to getting into the new space.

Hello everyone!

I just finnished trimming up some ribs for today’s service and thought I would sit down for a few to look through some social media and catch up.

I sincerely want to thank every single one of you who has commented and liked and shared our post over the last couple of weeks. It’s actually been a bit overwhelming how much positivity you have shown us. When we opened our spot it was our plan to grow and continue to bring food that we love so much to all of you. Our team works tirelessly to bring what we think is traditional bbq to you all. We understand that at times it’s not for everyone. I have learned to live with that and concentrate on the people who do like the food.

So here I am at almost 1 am in the morning and I have never been more excited about what I am doing. Erica and I as well as the entire team want to thank all of you for the encouragement and the kind words. I also want to thank the local buisnes owners in Town. We have heard from a lot of you. Thank you so much!! This town is full of great people and business doing great things. Here is to 2025 and watching this year being prosperous for all!

Oh one last thing……. Did you hear we are moving? LOL
