Just shucking around. I got to know Quahogs a little better today….. 100 quahogs.. these big clams are no joke, but they give an abundance of meat, clam juice and the flavor of the ocean. They are a pain to clean and open, but after all the hard work, there’s nothing like a good stuffed Quahog. I got enough clam juice to make chowda for all of New England lol

The time has come once again! Our 6th annual Roast Nation Pig Roast!!! We will have a whole hog roasting over an open flame with all the fixins!! Rain or shine the music will be blaring and the fire will be rolling into the wee hours of the night.

We do not charge for the food and fun, but every year we choose a charitable cause that we ask our attendees to donate toward. This year’s cause is the Richard Browning Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund. Information on how to donate is on the second slide and I will post the link to donate in my Bio.

We can’t wait to see all your beautiful faces once again!!!! See you there!!!

Let the Hungry Flame come and bless your home just like this!! You won’t believe how much time you will have to spend with your guests whenever you let us do the cookin!!!

‘Twas my night to cook for the family in the islands. With the limited amount of time I had to shop, I grabbed some simple and fresh ingredients and did the best I could. Luckily our driver knew some local fishermen and was able to score me some fresh yellowtail snapper. Turned out great!!

So happy to be able to cook for my friends and family! Love you guys and this vacation has been so amazing.

The 5th Annual Roast Nation Pig Roast hosted by the is on like Donkey Kong!!! I will be serving up all of your favorite BBQ treats rain or shine, including a whole hog, roasted on a spit, over hot coals.

All are welcome and the food is on us! All we are asking is that you share a charitable donation to the hospital, either directly online or we will donate it for you. Every year we choose a different charity to give to, and this year we felt strongly that our children’s mental health needs to be supported.

Join us in this joyous occasion of fare, libations and merrymaking to do something good. Hope to see you there!!
