Dreamy creamy little strawberry shortcake from scratch. This is a sweetened buttermilk biscuit that was flaky and delicate. I topped the biscuit with some turbinado sugar for a sweet crust and whipped up some cream with a hint of vanilla. The strawberries were already sweet, so I just added a tablespoon of sugar and a splash of lemon. Happy Day!!! 🍓 🍰 🍋 🍦

Year 3 catering for at the Bull Beach House 🏖️ 🏠. It’s always a pleasure driving down the cape, serving up some delicious smoked meats, meeting (who opened for at Gillette Stadium this weekend 🤯) then finishing off with a cold one at in Sandwich. Cheers to a good weekend🍻
