Kenan Chapel at Landfall The Frank H. The Kenan Chapel provides a local venue for a monthly concert series, weddings, internments and hosts an Annual Fall Festival in Landfall.

Kenan Chapel at Landfall in Wilmington, NC is an interfaith facility that provides a setting for religious, spiritual, and cultural activities, such as weddings, baptisms, recitals and concerts, memorial services, meditation and prayer. The concerts are funded in part by grants by the Landfall Foundation (www.landfallfoundation.org).

Kenan Chapel is excited to present the winners for the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra’s 48th annual Richard R. Deas Young Artist Concerto Competition. Dr. Deas assisted in developing the competition in 1976 as a way to allow talented young musicians to perform with a symphony orchestra. Join us in celebrating these talented young musicians!

The three winners of the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra’s 48th Young Artist Concerto Competition are:
𝑱𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑫𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏: Mira Hu performing Mozart’s Violin Concerto No.3 I G Major.
𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑫𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏: Evan Crowley performing Zigeunerweisen Op. 20 by Pablo de Sarasate.
𝑼𝑵𝑪𝑾 𝑫𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏: Thomas Austria perming Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G Major, Movement 1.

Complimentary tickets are required and will be available at the NE Branch of the New Hanover County Library on February 10th.
