Parking PSA- Everyone loves a picnic at the beach, so keep in mind the costs for parking this year. There are a ton of parks that offer free parking and waterviews if you'd like an alternative.

Spring is almost here and our calendar is filling up fast! This is our tropical boho setup for 6 ($415)
Includes-
Table, decor, pillows, Bluetooth speaker, water (flat or sparkling), plates, cups, silverware, napkins, tablescape, teepee tent (this group traded for sign), snack for the group, and breakdown and set up.
How it works?
After booking and finalizing details, you arrive to your picnic and enjoy for 2 hours. We are happy to take group photos and head out shortly after you arrive. Feel free to bring your own food and snacks or we have charcuterie boards, sandwich boards, or dessert boards available. Once your time is completed you head out to your next adventure and we come to clean up.

How our luxury picnics work:
1.) First off, thank you for choosing to celebrate with us! Please provide details on how many guests, date, 2 hour time-frame, location, and what add-ons you'd like to have.
2.)We discuss what you will be celebrating and what color theme you'd like. You can choose to have the tablecloth or no cloth (depending on how fancy you'd like the setup to be). Everyone receives water (sparkling or still). We decide on a location for us to set up and for you to arrive. You'll receive a reminder the day before about your picnic and confirmation of the weather.
3.) The reason for the price- we spend time organizing the event plan with you, the day before, we pack the vehicle and preset the picnic to make sure it's perfect for our guests, we spend close to an hour setting up the picnic, greet you to enjoy your luxury picnic, then two hours later we come back to break everything down, go home and wash all items, and put them away. Every picnic takes about 5 hours of time to plan, pack, and execute.
4.) We can provide you with food (charcuterie, dessert, fruit/veggie, sandwich boards) or you are welcome to bring your own.

What does our luxury setup cost start at and include??
Our luxury picnic starts at $275 for 2 people for 2 hours. Our picnics include our deluxe floor-style tables for guests to sit at (1 table for up to 4 guests), rugs/tapestries/throws for under the tables, plush cushions/pillows for each guest for floor style seating, styling of all tables with boho table decor + styling of the surrounding area, small teepee tent, plates, cups, silverware, napkins, and your choice of flat or sparkling water for the group to enjoy.
We set up your picnic at your desired location and send a photo once it's ready for you to enjoy. You and your partner or friends get to relax and have fun for 2 hours. Once your picnic is complete we come back to clean everything up and you get to continue enjoying the beach or the days festivities.
We help you celebrate proposals, anniversaries, date nights, holidays, bachelorette parties, birthdays, and more!
