Opened up our new Airbnb on the 29th of April and we had three rentals by the 30th . We rented schoolhouse out Saturday and we have two more confirmed rentals with a wedding and a baby shower scheduled. Thanks to all of our visitors for a great start.

Just installed new door on outside pavillon it is made of rough cut hemlock @ 1” thick it weathers nicely to a light gray like the rest of the building. Just added Schoolhouse to Airbnb and it is available online also here on Facebook

The Sub District No. 6 Schoolhouse Event Center celebrated a soft grand opening with a private ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on December 15th. The historic property is located at 1399 Brown Road, Wilmington. We are so excited to be open and share this wonderful place and time with all of you.

The wains coating was added to allow for electricity and insulation after foundation was supported prior to installing close to 600 18" Colorado Gray tile. Picture on wall was from early Virginia city.

All walls were stuccoed and painted with window treatments added to allow privacy . The plaster was removed to show the original bricks and 3 x 6 Kentucky beams used to enhance the area.
