I had the pleasure of catering for the Harlem Globetrotters on 2/20!! The menu: lemon pepper, mild hot & bbq wingettes, baked, catfish, Kane’s macaroni & cheese, candied, yams, collard greens w/smoked turkey, mixed veggies, bbq chicken, homemade peach cobbler & red velvet & lemon pound cake, along with a garden salad & dressings. It’s a sealed deal.🙌🏽
