When you trust us with your event, know we’re not just thinking about beauty, we’re thinking about safety, logistics, and structure too.

Here are 5 key questions we always ask your tent or lighting vendor before suspending any floral installation:

1. What rigging points are available in this tent?
We confirm anchor points before designing anything overhead.

2. What’s the weight limit at each point?
Knowing this ensures we don’t overbuild or stress the structure.

3. Are aircraft cables or other safe rigging methods included?
We don’t mess with shortcuts, our installs are safely secured.

4. Do we need to supply any rigging hardware ourselves?
From carabiners to turnbuckles, we clarify who brings what.

5. When can we access the tent for rigging or florals?
Install timing matters,we plan around vendor access windows.

This tent entryway isn’t just an entrance, it’s an immersive floral experience that sets the tone for the entire celebration. The vibrant flower-wrapped arch creates a visual moment of magic, drawing guests into a world where nature and design intertwine.

Design Details & Floral Styling:

• The arch is heavily adorned from base to top with an abundant mix of seasonal blooms, giving a garden-fresh, untamed elegance.

• The palette spans coral, peach, blush, butter yellow, ivory, lavender, and electric pinks, creating a cheerful, painterly effect that pops against the white canvas backdrop.

• Varieties like garden roses, ranunculus, dahlias, lisianthus, stock, delphinium, and wild greenery are used to build depth and movement.

• Each corner is thoughtfully filled for a 360° bloom moment, no bare spots, no filler-heavy shortcuts.

In this photo, feverfew flowers are beautifully incorporated as delicate accents throughout the design. Their small, daisy-like blooms add a light, airy touch to the larger, vibrant arrangements on the mantle above the fireplace. They are also used in the smaller bud vase arrangements on the tables, tying the designs together and creating a cohesive, fresh garden-inspired aesthetic.
