Hi friends! We are overdue for an introduction!
We are Rosie & Casey, owners and creators of Coastal Teepee Events!
We have been best friends since freshman year of high school. We have both always had a passion for party planning and having any excuse to throw a party or celebration!
We created, designed and organized each theme, built our own website, created all our socials and media content and grew our community!
We love that we can bring our unique and special luxury sleepover experiences to your home and have met so many amazing families that we are grateful to for trusting us with celebrations!
We hope to keep creating and bringing happiness to many more families as well as return clients!

One of our most asked questions is about set-up SPACE!
We like to consider ourselves professional Tetris players because setting up our teepee tents is kind of like playing Tetris. We have to move our tents around to make it fit perfectly and the most aesthetically pleasing
In your space.
Depending on the size of your party will depend on the space needed. Our tents are about 50” wide and 74” long since we have twin size mattresses that fit into our tents!
We always let our clients know what type of space that is needed. Our sleepovers are ideal for living rooms, frogs, offices, and even some bedrooms. But don’t fret because we always figure out a way to make things work to fit perfectly for our teepee sleepover parties! ⛺️

Introducing our newest theme: Batter up!
If you like all things baseball ⚾️ this theme is for you!! With custom-made vibrant, watercolor, baseball pillows, baseball banners, lightning, bolt lights, color lights on each tent, and more!
This special client added a balloon garland for the birthday boys tent, balloon, toppers, for all the others, and a strobe light as an added pop of lights/colors!

A lot of people have asked us if they can buy our shirts and NOW YOU CAN!!! Orders will be open until Friday May 10th! If you would like to purchase a tshirt please comment below or message us with your size, color and quantity! Invoices will be sent within 48 hours and will need to be paid by the order deadline of May 10th. We will have two pickup locations in the Wilmington area after the T-shirt’s are ready and can coordinate getting your T-shirt’s to you! Thank you again for supporting our business!
