Ron Ozer has 26 years of experience in process development and pilot plant design and operation in a number of different parts of the chemical industry. Ron is a versatile and creative consultant, strong in technical know-how, judgement, networking and organization. His work style is responsive and approachable – listening to clients, understanding needs and identifying the right
approach. Ron communicates effectively with all levels, especially chemists. He is safety-focused: motivating and supervising teams, and developing processes for the next stage. Accelerating process development through quality research, designed experimentation, mitigating risk and driving rapid commercialization. Founded in January 2016, Ron Ozer Consulting has seven clients, ranging from startups in California to large companies in the midwest to academics in the Northeast. Ron is free to travel widely and frequently to meet client needs, including internationally. All work is done under signed Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements and meets the highest corporate ethical standards.
