Ron Ozer has 26 years of experience in process development and pilot plant design and operation in a number of different parts of the chemical industry. Ron is a versatile and creative consultant, strong in technical know-how, judgement, networking and organization. His work style is responsive and approachable – listening to clients, understanding needs and identifying the right

approach. Ron communicates effectively with all levels, especially chemists. He is safety-focused: motivating and supervising teams, and developing processes for the next stage. Accelerating process development through quality research, designed experimentation, mitigating risk and driving rapid commercialization. Founded in January 2016, Ron Ozer Consulting has seven clients, ranging from startups in California to large companies in the midwest to academics in the Northeast. Ron is free to travel widely and frequently to meet client needs, including internationally. Happy Thanksgiving from Elkton Music Hall!

Happy Thanksgiving to our favorite people!

We have so many things to be grateful for, its impossible to name them all, but we'll name a few.
First of all, we're thankful to each and every person that's ever taken a chance on not only our hall, but all of the bands they've never heard of. We're thankful to those who've said, "yeah, why not see a show tonight," completely on a whim. We're incredibly thankful to all of the bands who've made our stage shine just a little brighter and all the tech crews that help do the same. We're mostly grateful for music; without it, we wouldn't have this amazing community here in Elkton.

So thank you to everyone who's hung out and jammed with us throughout the nights. You rock and we're forever thankful for you!

Enjoy your special time with family and friends, and don't worry, we'll have the music ready for when you're back. 🖤❤️🤘
