is a Brooklyn-based future jam quartet that weaves composition and improvisation through an ever-changing landscape. Drawing from an array of inspirations, including jam music, electronic production, film scores, and a bit of metal, Space Bacon seeks to challenge conventions and pave the way in the modern era of improvisational music.

Catch them tomorrow night at 7pm on the Spillway Stage at Valley Craft Ales. Jam out upfront, lounge by the fireplace or at the bar & dining room.

If you’ve never been. VCA is a Brewery, Pizza Joint nestled inside a former mill circa 1829 with lodging upstairs, a full bar with 8 lines of Valley beer, cocktails, a curated wine list and small batch soda pop. Our kitchen offers New Haven style pizza, crostinis, meatball sides, insane garlic knots, pretzels, elevated Hot Dogs and house-made gelato. We search out the finest ingredients we can procure for your dining experience.

THIS SATURDAY! We spoke briefly in our last post about how on 12/21 we were going to have a packed day! Starting at 1pm we will have our holiday Makers and Merchants Expo! So so so many amazing vendors from near and not so near will be filling our space with hand crafted goodies! (Now I’m not sure about you but shopping has always seemed like an activity that would be WAY better with a beer in hand. And this is that opportunity!) So come grab some beers, say hello to Santa!, bring your pups down to get in on the action, buy something, make a friend, greet a neighbor, and most importantly be jolly with your community!
7pm Mike McMann Band wsg Erica Reynolds will be taking the stage for a great night of rock and roll! We will be taking to heart the lyric “I want to rock and roll all night and party every day” this Saturday IS THAT DAY!

THIS WEEK @ VCA

We are having work done in our kitchen and that is going to mean having a few days closed.
Wednesday 12/18 and Thursday 12/19 we will not be open this week.
Friday 12/20 we are hoping to be open, but won’t know until closer to the date so we will keep you updated.

Saturday 12/21 we will be open at noon and the holiday market will start up at 1pm! That will roll us into the 7pm start for The Mike McMann Band wsg Erica Reynolds!

Sunday 12/22 we will be open noon to nine and you know the drill! Watching football, crushing apizza, and slamming brews!
