Spillway Dark Czech Lager is BACK.

This is the time of year we brew it for—that in-between season where the mountain’s closed, the grass is still trying to green up, and the lake’s just a little too cold to cannonball into. But here at Valley Craft Ales, the beer is flowing, the pizza’s hot, and the music is still as live as ever.

Introducing the return of our beloved Spillway Dark Czech Lager—a rich, velvety dark lager with notes of toasted bread, dates, milk chocolate, toffee, and a touch of light roasted malt. It’s smooth, deeply flavorful, and made for sipping on a spring afternoon with friends, a date, or that book you’ve been meaning to start.

We’ve got a gorgeous week ahead—perfect for reintroducing this beauty to our wonderful community. This one’s a limited release, so come down soon to get your hands on it while it lasts.

Whether you’re catching up with neighbors, out on a first date (or a 100th), celebrating something big or just soaking in the small joys—Valley Craft Ales is here for it.

A few months ago we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming The Brule County Bad Boys to The Spillways Stage, and man, did they bring the heat! There’s something special about having a band like this in the building—when the music hits just right, the crowd is locked in, and the whole rooms feels alive.

Our shows at Valley Craft Ales are more than just concerts—they’re an experience. The musicians’ living room, a place where artists can cut loose, connect with the crowd, and make each set uniquely theirs. It’s intimate, it’s electric, and it’s always a damn good time.

Shout out to Mike Henaghan for putting together this outstanding video for us and the band. If you missed this show, this is your chance to feel the energy. And if you were there. You already know… this one was special.
