We are suckers for the details, which is why we love flatlays so much!

What is a flatlay you ask?! Flatlays are a picture taken from above - a bird’s eye view - with multiple items laid out on a surface which allows for some of the smaller details to be given their moment to shine!

For weddings, flatlays are typically a compilation of your wedding rings, invitation suite, vow books, family heirlooms, shoes, jewelry accessories, perfume, veil, and pops of blooms that are being used throughout the design for your big day!

Don’t forget to allow your photographer about 30 minutes for flatlay details prior to pictures! You won’t regret having them captured. They are some of the most important small details that you’ll reflect on 20 years from now!
