Hey Chile! Today, my better half dropped a question that's completely reshaping my perspective! 🤯

Instead of fixating solely on the present and navigating my position in various environments, jobs, and groups, I'm diving deep into my past, present, and future selves. I used to feel like I had to morph or fit into molds to be accepted or respected. But guess what? That's so last season! 💁🏾‍♂️

Now, I'm peeling back those layers and asking myself: Will my current connections and communities champion the person I strive to evolve into? This introspection is leading me towards a clearer path, showing me the support I require on my journey.

This is also about my health journey. As I delve deeper into my mental self-discovery, I commit to nurturing my physical well-being. This crisp, juicy watermelon sprinkled with cayenne pepper and mint serves as a delightful snack, marking the beginning of my journey toward the self I aspire to become.

This self-reflection journey is all about forgiveness, empowerment, and sculpting a future that's authentically me!
