Hello Wilton,
The holidays are here already and we're getting started on this year's Shop with a Cop event. After last year's resounding success, we have no idea how we can make it even better, but we are certainly going to try!
We have asked school personnel to assist with selecting our kiddos and we have also decided to mix in a few of our older teens this year. (That one will be a covert operation)
We have again partnered with Walmart in Muscatine and hope to take 20- 25 children shopping with approximately $200 each to purchase gifts for their loved ones.
The holidays wouldn’t be complete without family so we'll make sure we get something included that helps the whole household as well.
We hope that you will consider donating whatever you can. Every dollar helps to put a huge Christmas smile on a child's face. And is there anything better than that? We don't think so.
Donations can be made online at the link below, or dropped off at City Hall, put in the outside drop box or Community Bank and Trust. Please make checks payable to 'Shop With a Cop'.
