The lights are on tonight! The Trail is open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 6-9pm, to walk through and enjoy.

In order for our hard-working volunteers to spend this special time with family, other services such as concessions and the train will not be open. And, of course, Santa has flown off to take care of some very, very important business, so he will not be in his house.

Thursday the 26th will be our final evening of Trail and some of our faves, the llamas, will be back for one more visit.

Thank you for supporting the 2024 EmilyAnn Trail of Lights! We wish everyone peace and joy this holiday season.

🎄🎅🏻Saturday Night at the Trail of Lights🎅🏻🎄

Tonight the Jesse Stratton Band will be performing from 6:30, entertaining visitors while they enjoy hot cocoa, marshmallows and S’Mores by the Yule Log. Check out other yummy concessions from Schoolyard Dogs while you are staying warm by the fire!

Enjoy our Christmas musical, Journey to Bethlehem, which will have three showings tonight in our indoor theatre.

Santa will be in his house and the train will be running .

Jesse Stratton Band will be entertaining Trail of Lights visitors both tonight and tomorrow night, on stage next to the Yule Log. Toast some marshmallows, sip some cocoa and listen to live music. Jesse Stratton and Son Show tonight and Jesse Stratton Band tomorrow night, starting at 6:30.

The llamas are visiting this evening, Santa will be in his house, and the train will be running. It’s going to be a GREAT night at the Trail!

Update: Wow!! What a fun evening! It was a great night with some wild and wonderful critters!

We hope to have another animal meet and greet at the Butterfly Festival on April 12th, so if you didn’t get a chance to visit with them this time you’ll have another chance!

Despite the light drizzle, it’s a great night to visit the Trail!!

The temperature is mild and Santa is on his way!

We will have two performances of “Journey to Bethlehem” in the indoor theatre, at 7:30 and 8:30pm.

We will also have hot cocoa and marshmallows, and of course, thousands of beautiful lights!

Love our awesome library

With Christmas approaching, childhood memories of bundling in the car, to drive around and look at christmas lights flash in our heads. Want to have that same feeling? Follow the "Yellow Brick Road" to the EmilyAnn Theatre & Gardens, to see all the trail of lights, including our own Wimberley Village Library Wizard of Oz Display. Bring the entire family and enjoy walking through the lights. You won't regret it!

We love the new video by Jesse Stratton Band which was filmed at the EmilyAnn Trail of Lights!

This makes us even more excited for opening night on Saturday!

Congrats to Jesse and everyone who was involved in making this fun video!

Jesse Stratton and Son will be performing at the Trail on December 20th and catch Jesse Stratton Band performing on the 21st.

We can’t wait!!

New this year at Trail of Lights!

We know how much our guests love visiting with the mini-donkeys & horses as well as the llamas each year at the Trail, so we have invited more animal friends to celebrate the season with us! They will be with us on December 16th, from 6:30-8:30.

Join us for a special opportunity to interact with animals, including a Flemish Giant Rabbit, an Eurasian Eagle Owl, a variety of reptiles, a Patagonian Cavy, and more! This event goes on during the Trail of Lights as an additional experience for those who are interested.

In order to ensure each visitor to the animal encounter gets a unique and individualized experience with the animals, we are scheduling small groups in 10 minute increments. Tickets to this special event are $10 per person over 12 months old.

Entrance to the Trail of Lights is always free of charge, with no tickets needed.

We are casting for our annual show "Journey to Bethlehem" which runs during Trail of Lights. Available roles are angels and shepherds, ages 12 and up.
