Thompson Catering & Special Events Since 1982, we have been in the grocery and catering business. We are Kentucky's favorite source for private, corporate and government events.

From picnics to receptions, we specialize in large scale corporate and private events. We also provide party rental equipment including tents, tables, chairs, a large assortment of inflatable slides, bounces and much more.

Based in Wi******er, KY, Thompson Catering began as Thompson’s IGA Food Mart, serving grocery shoppers throughout the state nearly 70 years ago. The last grocery store was sold in 2000 with primary focus shifting towards catering, event planning and party equipment rental.
