They picked the perfect vendor team to ensure that their day went off without a hitch. They were able to join their guests for cocktail hour and they were able to spend the night dancing away with them too.

Rephrase …. I didn’t even like red velvet until I had Sarah’s red velvet. Bonus cannoli fill …. Bonus cream cheese icing.

Also, so many ways to display sweet treats at special events. Go with something meaningful. This simple cupcake stand has seen many of my baby birthday parties and it makes me happy to use it when celebrating something or someone special 🥰

INVITATIONS! Ohhhh the wedding invitations! Selecting, wording, stuffing, stamping, sealing, oh my! This can be quite a task for our couples. We love this capture of our groom-to-be, Jarrod, puttin in the work!

As your Wi******er wedding planner, we offer guidance and support with invitations through our support package and premier package. We will also stuff, stamp, seal, and address them for you at our hourly rate. We refer to our trusty Emily Post Guide when offering advice. Guests should receive their invites two months prior to the wedding date. That’s right, September couples….. it’s TIME!

Who’s up for a little Friday Q & A? As your Wi******er wedding planner, we get asked TONS of questions. “Should my bridesmaids all look the same? Or is it ok to let them choose their own dress within a color palette?” We say….. “Let them!”….. and why? “Because the girls will look and feel amazing in something they’ve chosen to complement their taste and style (within the bride’s parameters, of course). And have some fun mixing up prints and solids while you’re at it!” Here’s some evidence of the beauty in this decision from one of our October 2023 weddings and April 2024 weddings. 3 - bride being walked down by mother AND father

Hey all! Happy July! MME coordinators will be continuing to serve their currently contracted long term clients throughout July. Aside from those special people, we are out of the office. Family time - vacations - staycations - and more. We will be back to serving you in August. Have a safe and happy 4th! Congratulations to the 16 amazing couples we served in the first part of our season who are now MARRIED and established 2024! It was an honor and a pleasure to plan and/or coordinate your wedding day.
