Delegation isn’t just a buzzword— it’s a business growth strategy.

As a small business owner, you wear ✨ all ✨ the hats. If you haven’t learned to delegate, you’re wasting valuable time in driving your vision forward (aka growing your business).

Handing off tasks can be scary if you don’t know how to do it well. Learn to delegate and then hand it off to someone you trust.

Remember: delegate to elevate.

Nothing makes me happier than a happy client! ☺️🫶🏻

Hannah asked me to design a new freebie (lead generator). She drafted her content, used her expertise and wrote out the flow in a simple Google Doc.

I then took that Google Doc, and designed the freebie using her brand colors and fonts. She loved it!

Hannah then wanted all of her freebies to look cohesive and be combined into one big bundle, so that’s what I did.

After a few questions and a couple of emails back and forth, she is now sitting with a drafted 30-page bundle that she didn’t have to design. She didn’t spend hours editing font sizes, spaces, colors, photos and more.

Instead, she was able to use her time to keep helping her clients and grow her business. 🤍🙌🏻

Using a virtual assistant doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t have to spend hours setting up systems and lists to off load your work. She saved HOURS of work with a simple (and free) Google Doc. 🤑

Don’t overthink it, hire a VA.

I said what I said 🫣

Your VA doesn't have to be a master or professional in your field. However, it is important to find someone that aligns with your values. If you're a healthcare company and value holistic health your VA *should* be on board with that and value it, as well! Are you in the animal care industry? Well, your VA should like and appreciate animals. Maybe you run a real estate business, guess what? Yep, your VA should have some interest in the real estate market.

Their interest in your industry should matter to you! So be sure to ask when determining who works for you what their interests and passions are. If they can stand with your mission you're sure to create a successful workflow!
