A special Tribute Service will be held on Sunday, September 22 for Mildred (Midge!) Bowman who died on July 18 in Orlando, FL at the age of 102. The service will be held at 10:00AM at Midge’s home-church in Windsor; Zion Episcopal Church, 50 Chapel Street, Windsor NY, 13865 with the Rev. Geoff Doolittle.
After the service, brunch will be served in Zion’s pavilion in the back yard of the church. In case of inclement weather, we will move to the fellowship hall of the Methodist Church, right next door at 56 Chapel Street.
Midge and her late husband, Doug were longtime residents of Windsor and faithful parishioners of Zion. Midge was Zion’s organist and choir director for many years, and she also held several positions in the church, at the local level as well as the Diocesan level.
Please RSVP to [email protected] or 607-727-6507 if you plan on attending this special event to honor Midge.

Kenyon Hill musician Wayne Daddis has passed away. A favorite band of the Windsor Band Concerts, Kenyon Hill was led by Wayne's daughter Beatrice (Beattie) who harmonized on several songs with her guitarist Dad.
At one point Wayne performed with Beattie and her son, (Wayne's grandson!), Elijah Summers Music for a great family sound.
Please keep the Daddis family in your heart and prayers. 🎸 🙏 ❤️
