It's official!! Event space #2 is underway!! 🙌🏿

After almost 5 months of working with the town of Windsor, I finally received the necessary approvals to open the very first "official" event space in town.

Loft 147 will be a smaller, more elevated version of its sister Warehouse 635 . The very similar black and white aesthetic and polished concrete floors will provide the perfect backdrop to any decor. And the open and modern kitchenette will provide more of a private clubhouse feel within the space.

The space is conveniently located in the center of town with plenty of parking in the rear of the building. Plus, a cute outdoor patio area will be available for lounging.

Bookings and tours to begin next month and grand opening slated for June 2024!
