Today is one of those days that I am wicked jealous of you folks. If you drive in the snow, you have a bakery to go to right downtown to get some yummy treats and then return home to settle in for a snow day.

I had extra cheesecake filling so I made a thin one. Then Fallon used it as the center layer in a strawberry cake!

It came out pretty cool!

Currently have:
Cinnamon Rolls
Snickerdoodle Zucchini Bread
Carrot Cake
Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

GF oatmeal cookie, peanut butter and topped with dark chocolate

Danish: Lemon Curd
Apricot Blueberry
Strawberry

Our ovens are working hard this morning so I will have more out this afternoon.
