We have made an executive decision to stay closed one more day and reopen
Saturday and Sunday this week.

The gratitude we have for all of you that have shown us patience and patronage over the last seven months is unlimited.

If you forgot to bring a lunch with you to work today and are craving a handmade sandwich we have you covered.

Roasted turkey, bacon, avocado, cheddar with pesto on toasted whole wheat or toasted roasted garlic sourdough $8.

We also have several different kinds of cookies from chocolate dipped shortbread to browned butter espresso chocolate chip and Baklava thumbprints.

We were given close to 2 lbs of chanterelle mushrooms so I made quiche with them with caramelized onions, tiny potatoes, thyme and rosemary.

Savory Sunday Danishes w
Sweet and spicy cream cheese,

and Fallon's heirloom tomato jam.

Pumpkin spice cookies w browned butter cinnamon icing.

This one is huckleberry. We combined our own huckleberries and those donated by a customer to make this.

The next one will be pumpkin with a gluten free crust!

We also have danishes in blueberry, ginger peach w crystallized ginger, and pineapple w coconut and honey.

We are offering a sandwich today.

Peppered turkey, bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, sweet pickles,
Fallon's heirloom tomato jam, lettuce and tomato on toasted sourdough bread for $7.

As the weather gets progressively cooler we will be offering sandwiches, soups and quiche.
We will also deliver within a 1/3 mile radius of the bakery.

We are open till 4pm or until we sell out today. Baking has come to a halt.

There is currently no power in downtown Winlock.

If you haven't been in lately we
now stock Winlock harvested and made products. Honey, Tummy Healing Tea and beeswax product from Klemmensen Family Farm.

We have white and whole wheat sourdough, sandwich loaves and sourdough with kalamata olives.
