Our Story- Owner Candace Peters
I was born and raised in Winnfield and have always had an interest and love of Art and Design. My first job in the floral business was in 1995 at Billie’s Flower Shop. From day one, I knew this was where I belonged and a desire to own my own flower shop blossomed. God has blessed me with a beautiful talent and I love expressing my creativity and passion for floral designs in the arrangements I create. Flowers of Design has been in business for 21 years now and we continue to inspire and design expressions in beautiful floral arrangements for every occasion. We are proud to be a part of your special occasions, events, and memories and look forward to continuing to offer elegant and unique designs to fit your budget and needs.
