Hello!

It’s been a minute since we have posted but we just wanted to pop in and say how amazing the feedback has been. It’s been almost a year since we have opened our doors and everyone that has rented the space has been so respectful! Thank you all so much!

We look forward to what this cooler season
holds, hopefully you all have some indoor parties planned 😉

We hope to provide a space for our ever-growing community filled with entrepreneurs and remote workers from all different backgrounds to be able to come together to collaborate, share expertise and explore new ideas.

Brunch Round ✌🏽with Chef's Table Winona mark your calendars!

SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET!!! I remember in my younger days we used to go to the Radisson Hotel on Sundays because they had an awesome brunch buffet. They had mimosas, an omelette station, and you didnt have to wait to get your food! I loved it. No one does that anymore unless it's a special occasion. Well we say every Sunday we wake up is a special occasion and we should celebrate. SUNDAY, April 21st, 9am till 2pm, we will put on a wonderful brunch buffet with our friends at Blank Slate - Winona (302 Mankato Ave) with all your favorites and YES!, an omelette station!! So get your family and friends together and let's celebrate, just because! MENU OUT ASAP!!

We did a little mini holiday session with Sierra Kurth Photography! We had snacks, Christmas music, ornaments to decorate the tree…it was perfect! She has some spots still available for your own holiday session on Dec 10th!

Let us introduce ourselves….

We are Matt and Narleen Brown and we have 3 little kiddos, Jacob – 4, Olivia – 2.5 and Max – 3 months and our pups Bailey and Everett (RIP).

We are not Winona natives but we are both WSU Alums and we loved this town so much we decided to stay after graduating. (Fun fact, Narleen never toured WSU and had never even been to Winona. Just packed up her parents’ car and moved down during Freshman orientation week during the 2007 flood and said peace out St. Paul because the bluffs were beautiful and totally different than city living) We love the outdoors and love raising our children in the Driftless area!

We have met so many wonderful people in this community over the years and lots of small business owners. After many conversations with friends and having children, we felt Winona was missing a space where people can gather, throw parties, take family photos that wasn’t dependent on weather (you see our kids are in their winter jackets and hats? Not that cute but procrastinated on booking the shoot).

We hope you all love the Space and have many wonderful memories with whatever you decide to use the Space for!

Okkkk we have finally opened our calendar for bookings! This is so exciting yet scary! I have a vision for this space but executing and hoping the public feels the same about it is a another story. and I hope you all love the space and all it’s character, please don’t forget to tag us at your next gathering!

Winona has a lot of historic buildings around town, many over 130 years old. This particular building has housed so many businesses from that time to present day…from a convenient store quietly selling liquor in the 1880s, Saloon raid in the early 1900s, mortuary in the 1930s, furniture store in the 1950s, back to a liquor store in 1970s and I’m sure so many more!

We recently spent some time at the in the archives to research this building and we found so many cool old newspaper articles!
