Chef's Table Winona Our food truck is a little bistro-on-wheels, bringing Douglas' 20 years of fine-dining experience to the street.

From art gallery to camground, music festival to your own dining room, every dish for every guest is artfully created and lovingly served. The chef's table is typically a private table in the kitchen reserved for guests of the Chef who personally prepares the meal and entertains the diners, allowing a more meaningful, intimate, behind-the-scenes dining experience. At Chef's Table, every patron is our special guest, and Chef Doug works to delight each one with artfully, lovingly crafted food.

One thing I miss about living in the Citites is the grocery stores. Kowalski's and Lunds were my favorite. Whenever the family goes through the Twin Cities we have made it a tradition to stop and let the kids buy whatever they want for lunch or dinner. My score was Pineberries and Rogue River Blue Cheese. Notice the price per pound on that cheese label. Best cheese in the world!

What an unbelievable Saturday we had! Our day at The Berry Market was fantastic! What a classy place! We were honored to spend the night with our good friends at The Parlour Room Winona for their 1 year anniversary. It's always a good time with Marren and the bunch. We can't say enough good things about Marren. Winona is lucky to have such an elevated event space. See you next Saturday at Danzinger Vineyards! It could quite possibly be our last time out for a bit.

This Pecorino is by far my favorite cheese to grate over pasta. We'll be grating this over our Mac and Cheese this Saturday. Yes, on our Mac and Cheese. Boschetto al Tartufo is a fresh, semi-soft cheese made from a combination of a cow's and sheep's milk. It is infused with shavings of highly-prized rare white truffles that lend an earthy, luxurious and robust aroma and flavour to the cheese. The cheese is a perfect combination of the pungent taste of the kingly fungus and delicate, sweet taste of the paste.
