If you DON’T KNOW, The Venue At Marketplace
is home to ShermanAcademy.org , a Home School Co-op, for PRE-K Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade students. The scholars enrolled take classes M-F (8a-3pm) throughout the year. On Fridays, staff will break the school down to prepare for weekend rentals, and on Sunday evenings, staff put the school back together to prepare for students on Monday morning! We want to say congratulations to ALL the scholars on passing their grade level! Congratulations!!! 🧡💜🧡

🗣️New Changes To Our FOUR HOUR Rentals 🗣️

🚨 Effective Immediately 1/24/2023 🚨

If you decide to book the FOUR hour rate on a Saturday, your event will need to be during the (12-4) time slot OR the (5-9) time slot. If you decide to book the FOUR hour rate on a Sunday, your event must be during (9-1) OR (2-6).

The Venue @ Marketplace:

$330 for FOUR hours. $430 all day (10a - 9pm). THIS TIME INCLUDES your set up and break down time. To secure a date a $75 (non-refundable) fee is due. That $75 is deducted from your total balance. Rentals come with (5)six foot tables and 30 chairs. You can purchase additional chairs and tables if needed
