Black Friday deals are here!! This is a great time to check off your list for your spring or summer 2025 wedding! 🛍️
After you have your list ready to go, make sure to do a thorough count for how many of each you will need, having excessive amounts over or any less than you need makes things difficult. Check your venue and linen vendors requirements for battery vs wax candles. Lastly, remember, some things are better rented than purchased, even when on sale.
Table Decor: floating candles, bud vases, votives, tea lights, table numbers, taper candles (flickering!) 🕯️
•Bride/Bridal Party Accessories: slippers, robe, jammies or gown for getting ready, hair jewelry, purfume, dress hanger, luggage, ring box, flower girl baskets, ties/bowties ribbons 🎀
•Cake Cutting set 🍰
•Dance Props: glow wands, fiberoptic wands, sunglasses 🕶️
•Exit Materials: bubbles, sparklers or ribbon wands 🫧

There’s a new Mr. and Mrs. Torrence!! …and a new Daddy on the block! 🍾👶🏻
Yesterday was a beautiful celebration in so many ways and it was such a pleasure to be a part of it!
This sweet couple told me about this special bundle on the way at our last tour of the venue and it blew my socks off! Can’t tell you how exciting it was to watch this family grow and celebrate this day and their happy news. 🤍

If you’re planning your own wedding, you may not have talked to most of your wedding vendors in months but 5-6 weeks before the wedding is generally the time to check-in and nail things down!
Here’s a list of your wedding vendors and what they need from you or your wedding coordinator ~1 month before the wedding!
•Photographer: Timeline & Family Shot list
•Videographer: Timeline & if anyone besides your officiant and B&G will be speaking/reading during your ceremony (capture audio)
•Officiant: Ceremony Outline
•Caterer: Guest count, Meal selections, # of Vendors, Finalized Menu
•Rentals: Final guest count for place settings and linen count
•Bartender: # of guests over 21
•Venue: Finalized Layout, copy of your Wedding Insurance, General Timeline
•Florist: Finalized # of guest tables for centerpieces, number of boutineers and corsages
•DJ/Band/Musicians: Music List
•Bakery: Flavor selections, Number of servings
•Bridal Party/Family: Rehearsal Time and Location
•Pick up your marriage license!!
NOTE: 1 month before is not the time to begin working on these elements of your wedding, this is a good time frame to *complete* them!!
