All right NC! Let's pay attention! I Learned today..in NC the NC DOT division has FREE HWY roadside that’s paid by state funding. Call *47 and they are dispatched. They change tires, batteries, gas, flip cars from wreck etc. and will even take you to get a new tire and put it on if needed!
