After a decade of brewing, Hoots has transitioned into a bar / live music venue to help facilitate the lack of performance spaces available in the triad. The name is a reference to the buildings amazing history – The Hoots Roller Mill and storage warehouse were once used to produce flour. Built by the Hoots family between the 1930s and 1950s, the buildings are full of local history and character.

First day of Spring is literally around the corner, so we're officially launching our Spring Cocktails. We're also on the LAST keg of Gashopper and it won't be here for long, so come grab a pint or a Crowler while you can!

It has been a blast making beer for Winston-Salem, but we have decided to change gears a tad! Going forward, we will operate as just a pub, while we repurpose the brewing space into a mid size music venue/event space! We LOVE LOVE LOVE our bar and location, but we want to add another cool feature that we feel could benefit Winston!
