- Vendor Coordination
- Booking and overseeing rehearsal
- Leading client and vendor walkthroughs
- Creating event layouts
- Creating timelines for you and on-site vendors
- Overseeing vendor set up and assisting with onsite decor set up
- On-site coordination for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and first hour of reception or the first several hours of your event
- Emceeing seamless transition from ceremony site to cocktail hour to reception site, if applicable!
