🚨 Website down. Emotions up. 🚨

Raise your hand if you think our IT department should be fired. 🙋‍♀️

(It’s me. I’m the IT department. I also do landscaping, marketing, construction, and chicken tending.)

Here’s the deal:
🌐 Our website is currently down because the card on file for our hosting expired. Oops.
📧 Our email is also down, because apparently when it rains, it monsoons.
📶 We’ve had internet issues for the last two weeks and finally switched providers today. New equipment is en route, but in the meantime, we’re over here holding it all together with hopes and dreams.
🥸 Meta thought I was an imposter, so I got locked out for a bit.

We know this is the busiest time of year for couples booking 2026 weddings, and the timing could not be worse. So if you've been trying to reach us - you're not being ignored! We're just pretending it's 1998 over here.

In the meantime, enjoy this gorgeous photo of one of our couples to remind you:

🌧️ Rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck across many cultures... it's a symbol of cleansing, renewal, and lasting love. After all, a wet knot is harder to untie!

We’re thrilled to be working with Barn Boards and More out of Gardiner, Maine, to craft the most beautiful tables for the Wintergreen Loft! These beauties will be the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern elegance... just like the Loft itself. The tops will made from reclaimed barn boards (like below!) and the legs will be black metal to tie in the industrial vibe.

It means the world to us to be able to collaborate with fellow Maine makers who share our love for thoughtful details and timeless design! We can't wait to show you how they look in the space!

Summer at the farm means lavender in full bloom... and surprise visitors like this hummingbird moth 😍 Have you ever seen one? They’re often mistaken for actual hummingbirds because of how fast they move!

These little guys symbolize joy, transformation, and finding the sweetness in life. Pretty fitting, don’t you think?

We love the unique wildlife that shows up here - just one more reason summer in Maine is delightful 💜

the tears in her dad’s eye when he walks her down the aisle.
the way the flower girls nailed their entrance.
the breeze that hit just right during golden hour.
the clink of glasses filled with summertime cocktails, toasting under string lights.
the mother-son dance.
the stories by the firepit.
the hugs, the happy tears, the heart-full kind of joy.

Because it's been a while...

Hi! We’re Ryan + Rebecca, the owners of Meadow Ridge Farm.

This property isn’t just a wedding venue - it’s our home🌲 We live just beyond the pond with our two little girls, 20-something birds, and a couple of bunnies.

We’re dedicated entrepreneurs, DIYers, and lovers of all things rustic, woodsy, and Maine-made. We built Meadow Ridge Farm to be a place where memories are made, and hope every couple + family finds a little piece of home in this part of Maine 🖤

There's no large team here. Just me (Rebecca). Sometimes I take a few days to get back to emails... but that's because I'm in the trenches doing renos or learning new skills to make sure your experience at the farm is unforgettable.

With our new Loft building opening SOON, I want to hear from our local community. What sort of things do you want to see in town? My vision: ticked dinners, makers workshops, pop-up shops, live music nights... the list goes on. Give me your ideas!

The only thing worse than painting walls is painting 10’ ceilings 😓 Get ready to be inundated with reno pictures because we are (finally) putting the finishing touches on the Loft! Paint, walls, doors, and lights are all going to be done in the next few weeks. Furniture is on order. And I have 178 light bulbs in my shopping cart 💡
